Another busy week is upon us as we have sealed up all the holes in both the basement and the ceilings and have moved on to the steel stud framing. The kitchen layout as well as the dish room are in place. Working on the bar next. It’s exciting to see some structure in place. Continuing to work on electrical in the basement.
In terms of the City paperwork, we got approval today from the Health Department that our plans passed in terms of where things are located in the kitchen and prep areas. Moving forward!
We have been continuing to “study” wines with several different distributors and are so pleased with what we have found and will be able to share with our community. Last week we had a killer cocktail class with expert mixologists that will be sure to stun our bar crowd. Can’t wait to toast!
