Progress is ROCKIN’
So much has been happening this past few weeks. Not only did we get our liquor license unanimously approved by Arvada’s Liquor Board, we got State approval as well. Cheers!
Construction is on target with the addition of sheet ROCK, we are rollin! The vision is shaping up, tile and counters are ordered, furniture too! So many decisions under our belts feels good.
Chefs continue to create menu items and we have time scheduled in test kitchens to perfect recipes.
Wine and beer list is nearing completion. Can’t wait for the cocktails on the patio soon!
We’ve opened up the application process and have had instant response. Looking forward to putting together the Lot One team!
