Today it might be a flurry of flakes outside, but it’s a perfect environment for demolition inside at Lot One! Demolition? YES! We are beginning with some small demo projects as we need to add a few drains and rework a few vents in the ceiling, but the most important part of this post is WE ARE BEGINNING the project! The work has begun! After so much planning, meeting with engineers, architects, experts, management, investors and neighbors we are on track to be open for business this SPRING!
As we begin the construction journey, we would like to introduce you to our architect Tricia Calandra with Optimum Property Services and our GC Bob Bautsch who is the principle with Design Development Associates. Both Tricia and Bob come to us with an extensive portfolio of restaurant development including a number of very successful restaurants in the Denver area. While they have a good deal of experience with old existing buildings, with crusty stories and hidden secrets, they are both thrilled to have a new building with strong bones and new wiring!
Beginning today we will start with a lot of the basement work as we build the prep area, beer coolers and the storage areas. Check back as we continue to update this site regularly to keep the community in the loop on our progress. We are looking forward to serving you and opening another place to gather in this amazing community!
