This might be the biggest day at Lot One so far.

We have passed all our inspections (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire and building) which allowed us to receive our C.O. (Certificate of Occupancy) which then triggered a visit from the City of Arvada Liquor Investigator.  After a quick review of Lot One, she handed us our LIQUOR LICENSE!

We have one more component of the hood system that we are doing work on this Thursday and Friday that if works, we will begin prepping and cooking early next week.  If this goes as planned, then we are targeting our “soft openings” for the weekend after July 4th.  Please be on the lookout for an invite for the soft openings.

It has been a LONG road but we are almost to our destination of Lot One!
